Chen Naifang, born in 1940 in Nantong, Jiangsu, graduated in 1964 from English Department of Beijing Foreign Languages Institute (the current Beijing Foreign Studies University), professor and receiver of government special subsidy. Professor Chen was the former President of Beijing Foreign Studies University and the current Chairman of the Expert Advisory Board of Beijng Geely University.

Professor Chen was the committee member of the 9th and 10th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, member of foreign affairs committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, vice director general of Higher Education Administration Society under China Higher Education Society, member of standing committee of China Education International Exchanges Association, and chief editor of “International Forum” magazine. Professor Chen was awarded honorary education doctorate degree by Thailand prince in year 2002 and doctor of laws by Princess Alexander, the President of England Lancaster University. In year 2004 Professor Chen ranked Ten Top Elite of National Education. Professor Chen was chief editor of many English books and teaching materials, published dozens of theses and is the key expert liaised by the Ministry of Personnel and China Central Party Organization Committee.

Zeng Xianyi, born in 1936, professor. He is currently member of Expert Advisory Board of Beijing Geely University.

He is Honorary Dean of the Law School of Renmin University of China and vice director of China Law Society, director of Law Education Research Seminar, the establisher and chairman of the PhD diploma issuance of the discipline of Law History, and supervisor to PhD candidates. Being honorary doctor in France and Japan, he is also vice director of Social Science Committee under Ministry of Education, vice director of China Law Society and director of Law Education Research Seminar, honorary director of Higher Education Law Discipline Teaching Guidance Committee under Ministry of Education, first vice dean of National Law Master Degree Discipline Degree Teaching Guidance Committee, expert advisory board member to the Supreme People's Court & Supreme People's Procuratorate.

Zhao Chunjun, born in 1941 in Sichuan, graduated from Department of Electrical Engineering of Tsinghua University, is professor, supervisor to PhD candidates, vice director of Academic Committee at Tsinghua University, member of University Affairs Committee of Tsinghua University, member of Advisory Board of School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, director of the Research Base for Philosophical and Social Sciences Innovation of Contemporary Management and Technological Innovation, and member of the Expert Consultant Committee of Beijing Geely University.

Professor Zhao Chunjun has been working since February, 1986, at School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University and was assistant to dean, department dean, standing associate dean, first vice dean and dean of the School. From June 2001 to October 2005, he was the dean of School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University.

Lv Huanqing, born in 1943, is professor at Beijing Forestry University. Former standing vice secretary of the party committee and vice president of Beijing Forestry University, she is now member of Expert Advisory Board of Beijing Geely University.

She was vice secretary of the general branch of the party committee at Landscape Gardening Department, secretary of the general branch of the party committee at Scenery and Landscape Gardening Department, vice secretary of the party committee and vice president, vice standing secretary of the party committee and vice president, at Beijing Forestry University.

Ma Longlong, born in 1952 in Beijing, gained Master Degree in Economics in 1987 and Doctorate Degree in 1996 from Renmin University of China, Professor. He is now member of Expert Advisory Board of Beijing Geely University.

Professor Ma Longlong was visiting professor at Kobe Business University of Japan, mainly teaching and researching in the area of circulation industry and market operations. He visited Cambridge University of Great Britain for researches in government and economic policy, and Columbia University of the United States as senior visiting scholar for researches in circulation policy. He is now the supervisor to PhD candidates and professor of the Business School of Renmin University of China, leader of state key discipline academic researches in industry economics and the director of the Research Center for Industry Development and Circulation Reformation at Renmin University of China.

Jiang Guohua, born in 1944 in Wuxi, Jiangsu, graduated from Department of Electrical Engineering at Tsinghua University, is currently member of the Expert Advisory Board and standing director of Education Research Institute of Beijing Geely University.

He was the member of the 10th and 11th China Central Democratic Progressive Party and the secretary general of the 12th China Democratic Progressive Party Beijing , committee member of the 10th Beijing People’s Political Consultative Committee, vice director general of China Science and Technology Policy Research Society, director of Scientific Metrology and Information Metrology Discipline Committee, member of China Science Writers Association, vice director of Science Writing Translation Committee, researcher at Central Education Science Research Institute under the Ministry of Education and Chairman of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd International Seminar of Science and Technology Quantitative Evaluation.
